一、S8030系列產(chǎn)品描述及規(guī)格:
1、可編程相位調(diào)制輪廓測量技術(shù)（PSLM PMP）：思泰克發(fā)明專利，其獨(dú)創(chuàng)的可編程結(jié)構(gòu)光柵使用軟件即可對光柵的周期進(jìn)行設(shè)置；取消了機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)及傳動(dòng)部分，大大提高了設(shè)備的精度及適用范圍，避免了機(jī)械磨損和維修成本。實(shí)現(xiàn)對SMT生產(chǎn)線中精密印刷焊錫膏進(jìn)行100%的高精度三維測量。
2、思泰克專利同步結(jié)構(gòu)光技術(shù)解決了錫膏三維檢測中的陰影效應(yīng)干擾。結(jié)合RG二維光源完美處理高對比度的基板，如黑色基板，陶瓷基板等。采用紅、藍(lán)、綠三色光，可提供彩色2D圖像；
3、高解析度圖像處理系統(tǒng)：超高幀數(shù)400萬像素工業(yè)CCD相機(jī)，配合高端鏡頭，支持對01005錫膏的快速穩(wěn)定檢測。同時(shí)提供10um、15um、18um、20um等多種不同的檢測精度，配合客戶的產(chǎn)品多樣性和檢測速度的要求；
4、快速Gerber導(dǎo)入及編程軟件，可實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)內(nèi)最快的5分鐘編程；人工Teach功能方便使用者在無Gerber數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)的編程及檢測；
5、Z軸實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)仿形：PSLM的特點(diǎn)提供了對PCB的翹曲變化進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤，完美解決柔性線路板和PCB翹曲問題。
